| Friendship Group |
|
| Our Friendship Group is a place for elders to
come and meet old and new friends, join in activities and enjoy
refreshments with a nourishing midday meal. |
Elders Daycare

You, or someone you know, may have
suffered a stroke, been diagnosed with a life changing illness,
or have health issues around dementia.

|
We provide professional and personal care to support elders
and give valuable respite to carers. |
| We offer a flexible service where we provide visits
at home to provide support to older people and help them remain
living independently. |
Cross Cultural Network for Elders |

| This project brings elders from different
cultures together in a variety of settings, i.e. coach trips,
events and activities, with the aim of reducing isolation and
breaking down barriers between groups and cultures. |
