This has been an ongoing project
for a few months now. Due to these exercises we have seen a
big difference with not only the physical abilities of the
individuals participating, but their attitude with regards
to exercising has changed.
Qigong is a set of Chinese internal health exercises that
have a long history and culture. These type of exercises can
help all different health conditions and enables the body to
relax and feel healthier afterwards. The exercises are gentle
and suitable for all abilities.
These movements are good for the co-ordination and circulation
as well as helping all the joints in the body. A big difference
has been made in the way the people participating at Radford
Care Group walk and move after their exercises, with their
posture being more upright with mixed feelings of relaxation,
lightness and happiness.
