Movement to Music

We had a 10 week placement course through a Lincolnshire Dance Company where we held Movement to Music sessions on Wednesdays.

Our Elders thoroughly enjoyed these sessions and the stimulation and mild exercises showed some very positive results.

We are hoping to continue these sessions further if we can find supportive funding.
