Questions about the Radford Care Group
If you are interested in the facilities we offer or are interested in volunteering then you are more than welcome contact us to arrange a visit to our centre.
We are open from 9:30am until 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
What support can I get as a carer?
We offer day care facilities for your loved one (please see under day care facilities)
support and information for services elsewhere
A carers support group (see under carers group)
A programme of information sessions for carers who’s loved ones have a diagnosis of dementia (please see under dementia information sessions)
A friendship group should that be helpful to you (please see under friendship group facilities)
One to one support from a Citycare Admiral Nurse who will see and support you at the Radford Care Group; or elsewhere should you prefer.
Do you have to live in the city?
No, Radford Care Group will welcome citizens from in and around the city.
How will I get to you?
If you live in the NG7 NG8 area of the city you may be eligible for our transport door to door. If not we will support you with other alternatives such as a taxi or bus routes.
What services do you have? What activities can I expect?
Whether you require the friendship group or the day-care facilities there are numerous services and activities available daily and throughout the year.

Do you have to be a certain age?
Our centre is for older people primarily (50 and over).
How can I support your charity?
We are always looking for volunteers to give a few hours, or for donations of goods, prizes for raffles etc or monetary donations.
